At Misión, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
